Welcome to Community Roots 2011, the first time in recent memory that an alternative student-community orientation has been offered in Charlottetown, PEI.
Community Roots came out of a collaboration of community and campus groups who wanted to see more student involvement on campus and in the community, more awareness of social issues, and a bridging of the gap between the academic and the grass roots.
This is the result of this collaboration, and there is a lot of room to grow.
Check out the Schedule, Community Resources Section, and the Map for more information about our events and how to become involved. To see a list of organizations coordinating this event click here.
